Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ProfitScout.ai (“ProfitScout”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our website or subscribing to any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ProfitScout, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

2. Services Provided

ProfitScout provides AI-powered trading screeners, tools, analytics, and educational content designed to help traders identify potential opportunities in the financial markets.

ProfitScout does not:

  • Provide investment advice or buy/sell recommendations.
  • Offer portfolio management, advisory, or brokerage services.

All tools and insights are for educational and analytical purposes only. Users are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions based on the platform's information.

3. Account & Access

  • Access to the ProfitScout platform is provided instantly upon successful payment.
  • Each subscription is tied to a single registered email and phone number.
  • Phone numbers cannot be changed once registered, while email updates can be made from the Profile section.
  • Account access is non-transferable and must not be shared with others.
  • ProfitScout reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or any form of misuse.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Renewals

  • All payments made on ProfitScout are final and non-refundable once access is granted.
  • Subscriptions are available in monthly (30 days), quarterly (90 days), and half-yearly (180 days) durations.
  • Users may renew or extend their plans through their dashboard as per renewal timelines (30/20/15 days before expiry depending on plan type).
  • Upgrades to higher plans or durations are allowed; the system automatically extends validity based on the unused portion of the current plan.
  • Downgrades to lower plans are permitted only after the current plan expires.
  • Promotional campaigns and discounts may be offered periodically. These are valid only during the campaign period and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • In case of duplicate payments, only the extra payment(s) will be refunded after verification.

5. User Obligations

By using ProfitScout, you agree to:

  • Use the platform for personal trading analysis and education only.
  • Not share, resell, or redistribute your login credentials, subscription data, or analysis content.
  • Not misuse coupon codes, payment systems, or platform vulnerabilities for unauthorized benefits.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit any part of the software, backend, or algorithms.
  • Not use the platform for any unlawful or unethical purposes.

Immediate Forfeiture of Fees

ProfitScout reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate access and forfeit all fees and payments if a user:

  • Engages in unfair use, abuse, or deliberate exploitation of pricing errors or coupon mechanisms.
  • Shares or distributes ProfitScout's proprietary data, content, or visuals publicly or commercially.
  • Attempts to harm, damage, or compromise the platform or its reputation in any way.

No refunds or credits will be provided in such cases, and access may be permanently terminated.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, screeners, designs, graphics, content, and tools available on ProfitScout are the exclusive property of Siya Charting Pvt. Ltd.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Disclaimer

ProfitScout provides analytical and educational tools to help users make informed trading decisions. We do not guarantee profits, accuracy of predictions, or specific market outcomes. Trading and investing involve risk, and users must exercise their own discretion while acting on the information available through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProfitScout, its parent entity Siya Charting Pvt. Ltd., owners, partners, or employees shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with:

  • Use or inability to use the platform or any of its features;
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in data or analysis;
  • Technical disruptions, delays, or service interruptions;
  • Unauthorized access, data loss, or alteration of user information; or
  • Any trading or investment decisions made based on the use of our tools or content.

All services and information provided by ProfitScout are on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied. Users agree that they access and use the platform entirely at their own risk, and ProfitScout shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from such use.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

10. Modifications to Terms

ProfitScout may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the platform after updates implies your acceptance of the new Terms.
